Sweet tooth .

So after a weekend of feeling sorry for myself, including eating an entire box of thorntons chocolates and watching bridget jones on valentines day (i know - how tragic?) I'm now faced with pictures from LFW of all these beautiful models and attendees knowing ive consumed my daily intake in calories in one sitting.
Why is chocolate so damn good?

Also faced with this beauty on my Instagram feed this afternoon..

Natasha Oakley from the bikini a day instagram account, she posts pictures daily of herself in different bikinis. Her body is literally ridiculous! If you ask anyone that knows me my two loves in life are swimwear and the sun. Theres nothing like a bit of sunday evening thinspiration before a new week and a fresh start!

Oh Photoshop how I've missed you .

I've got to be honest I never thought I would say the words 'I miss Photoshop' but having to create something visual for one of assignments and using it again I had an excitement using it again!

I created a 'dream board' to remind myself where I want to be in order to get there. .
Travel is such a big element - I can't imagine me backpacking or flying away for 6 months. For 1: there's no way I could fit my life into a backpack, I take a suitcase for 3 days at home. 2. I would miss my family too much and 3. My student debt would make this impossible.
However I'd like to travel either with work or take holidays and breaks to places that I've never been to, to name a few Dubai, Milan and Paris are top of the list!

I'd like to own my own business but want to work in industry first to gain everything I can before putting my skills to use. I can even picture the interior design of my living area and office.

I will get there, just may take longer than I anticipated.

Farm girl .

Going back home I still always find the shift strange from the city back to my little house in the cotwolds.

Arrived home to my dad home for lunch - on this. From living somewhere where it would be shocking to see a horse on the road to coming home to fields and tractors its such comfort to return to. I know I will have to move to a city back for my career but love that I'll always be able to return back home and will always be a little country girl at heart.

Reading material .

I have the cutest mother in the world! I was returning home last week and she told me she had a present for me! To my suprise she had bought me a Kindle - I was hesistant at first to the idea of not having a physical book to hold but after seeing my mum use hers so much and wanting to get into reading (where I am linked to my mums amazon account ;)) I am so excited to be a bookworm! I am currently reading 'The brain sell: When Science Met Shopping' from being a shopping addict I love reading about stuff like this of how shops manipulate their customers!
Also got a LOVE magazine during a 3.30am trip to Heathrow airport - said thank you to my mum by joining her on the long drive to pick up her boyfriend at 5am! It is a lot of pretty pirctures but its so big and shiny and FULL of original editorial - one of my faves. Plus Miley Cyrus is my guilty pleasure!

J'adore couture .

I love extravegance, the bigger, brighter, bolder the better.

When it comes to couture - there is nothing else like it. I loved scrolling through all of the Paris couture week collections they are all so unpredictable and don't even get me started on the actual runway shows.. WINDBLOWING.

This collection from Zuhair Murad has an over the top wedding vibe, but in a good way.

The collection features beautfiul pieces with neutral and pastel tones (fave colour pallette), the mid 'leaf' belt used on the runway alongside the feathers, floral and embellishments - absoulutley incredible!

Of course Chanel was also another of my favourites with their SS14 collection:

I bet theres a few people wishing they thought like Chanel. knee pads on the runway- Why not?
